Our commitment
Monarch Air Group, LLC is committed to making monarchairgroup.com usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Whether you are requesting a private jet charter quote, comparing aircraft, or contacting your charter advisor, you should be able to do it with a screen reader, keyboard, voice control, screen magnification, or any other assistive technology.
We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. This statement applies to monarchairgroup.com and its subpages.
Conformance status
Monarchairgroup.com aims to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
WCAG 2.1 Level AA is our target for all new pages and features, and we are working to bring existing content up to the same level.
How we support accessibility
We build accessibility into how we design, write and maintain the website:
- Clear page structure with logical headings, so screen-reader users can move through charter, aircraft and destination pages easily
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, such as aircraft photos and cabin views
- Quote request forms with labeled fields, clear error messages, and full keyboard support
- Sufficient color contrast and text that can be resized up to 200% without losing content
- Plain-language descriptions of our private jet charter services, avoiding unexplained aviation jargon
- Regular automated and manual testing with the tools listed below, including keyboard-only navigation
- Accessibility review as part of publishing new pages and features
Tools we use to test accessibility
We check the website with a combination of automated and manual testing:
- Google Lighthouse — automated accessibility audits in Chrome DevTools and PageSpeed Insights
- WAVE by WebAIM — page-by-page checks for missing text alternatives, contrast errors, and structural issues
- axe DevTools by Deque — automated testing against WCAG 2.1 success criteria
- Screen readers — manual testing to confirm that key pages and quote request forms can be used without sight
Automated tools find only part of the issues, so we always combine them with manual review. We fix problems directly in the website’s code and content rather than relying on an accessibility overlay widget.
Accessible private jet charter travel
Accessibility does not end on our website. Private jet charter can give travelers with disabilities more control than commercial flights: private terminals (FBOs), short walking distances, no crowded gates, and an aircraft chosen around your needs.
When you request a charter, tell your advisor about any requirements, for example:
- Wheelchair or mobility assistance, including help with boarding via airstairs
- Traveling with a personal wheelchair, mobility scooter, or medical equipment (please share the battery type)
- Medical oxygen or other in-flight medical needs
- Traveling with a service animal
- How you prefer to communicate, such as email or text instead of phone calls
Your advisor will source aircraft and operators from our network that can accommodate these needs. What is possible depends on the aircraft, the operating carrier, and airport or destination rules, so please share your needs as early as possible.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- Third-party content. Embedded videos (YouTube) and customer review widgets (Trustpilot) are provided by other companies. We don’t control their accessibility, but we choose providers that support it when possible.
- Interactive tools. The Private Jet Charter Cost Estimator and some quote forms may not work fully with every screen reader or with keyboard-only navigation. If you have trouble, contact us and an advisor will prepare your estimate directly.
- Older content. Some older articles, images, and documents may lack full text alternatives. We are updating them over time.
- Non-English pages. Some translated pages may not yet have had the same level of accessibility review.
This statement covers the website. Our private jet charter app is reviewed separately.
