Gulfstream G700 Private Jet Charter

Monarch Air Group arranges Gulfstream G700 charter flights to airports worldwide with FAA Part 135 operators and their foreign-certificated equivalents. You can reach our charter team 24/7 for quotes and advice on long-range trips.

The G700 is Gulfstream’s flagship ultra-long-range jet. It seats up to 19 passengers, has beds for up to 13 and flies up to 7,750 nm (about 8,920 miles), far enough to go nonstop from the US to the Middle East or from the West Coast to Australia. Gulfstream calls its cabin the most spacious in the industry.

When the Gulfstream G700 Is the Right Choice

The G700 earns its place on flights of 12 hours or more, where both range and cabin space matter. It’s fast for its size, too, and the extra living areas give a group real separation on an overnight trip.

It’s less suited to short hops. If you’re flying three or four passengers from New York to Florida, a midsize or super midsize jet will cost far less per hour for a trip that short.

Gulfstream’s 7,750 nm range figure assumes eight passengers. A full cabin with heavy baggage will cut that. The G700 also needs 5,995 ft of runway at maximum takeoff weight (sea level, standard conditions), so some smaller airports are off the table for the longest legs.

Gulfstream G700 Range, Speed and Typical Routes

Gulfstream rates the G700 at 7,750 nm at Mach 0.85, or 6,650 nm (about 7,650 miles) at Mach 0.90, both with eight passengers, four crew and NBAA IFR reserves. Its maximum operating speed is Mach 0.935, the highest in the Gulfstream fleet.

That’s enough for the US to the Gulf, or Los Angeles to Sydney, without a fuel stop.

Gulfstream G700 Cabin, Interior and Baggage

The G700 cabin is 6 ft 3 in tall, 8 ft 2 in wide and 56 ft 11 in long, not counting the baggage area, with 2,603 cubic feet of space. Owners choose the layout, and Gulfstream offers versions with a forward galley and a grand suite with shower, an “ultragalley” with a dedicated crew rest compartment, or five separate living areas. Lavatories sit at both ends of the cabin.

Twenty panoramic oval windows, which Gulfstream says are the largest in business aviation, keep the cabin bright. The air is 100% fresh and fully replaced every two to three minutes, and the cabin stays pressurized to 2,840 ft while flying at 41,000 ft. Gulfstream says that’s the lowest cabin altitude at those cruising heights, and you’ll appreciate it at the end of a long day in the air.

Seats convert into beds, and Jet ConneX Ka-band Wi-Fi is available on the G700 where the operator has installed it. The baggage compartment holds 195 cubic feet.

Because every G700 is fitted out differently, we confirm the seating plan, number of beds, Wi-Fi and catering for the specific aircraft you book.

Gulfstream G700 vs. Bombardier Global 8000

The Bombardier Global 8000 is in the same ultra long range class as the G700. The G700 has the larger cabin, and the Global 8000 flies 250 nm farther and needs a slightly shorter runway.

Specification Gulfstream G700 Bombardier Global 8000
Maximum range (Mach 0.85, 8 passengers) 7,750 nm 8,000 nm
Top speed Mach 0.935 Mach 0.94
Passengers Up to 19 Up to 19

Cabin length 56 ft 11 in 54 ft 5 in

The two jets are close on paper, so the deciding factors on a real trip are often availability and price. For trips that don’t need an aircraft this large, Monarch also arranges the Gulfstream G650 and other ultra long range jets.

FAQs: Gulfstream G700 Charter

How Far Can a Gulfstream G700 Fly Nonstop?

Gulfstream rates the G700 at 7,750 nm at Mach 0.85 with eight passengers and NBAA IFR reserves. That’s enough for nonstop trips such as Houston to Riyadh, which Gulfstream flew in 13 hours 40 minutes.

How Many Passengers Does the G700 Seat?

Up to 19, depending on the layout. Gulfstream’s sample layouts seat 13 to 19 people and sleep eight or nine, and the maximum is 13 beds.

How Fast Is the Gulfstream G700?

Its maximum operating speed is Mach 0.935, and it can cruise at Mach 0.90 for up to 6,650 nm. Gulfstream’s record flight from Tokyo to Savannah averaged Mach 0.91.
