The HondaJet Elite II is Honda Aircraft’s very light jet. It cruises at up to 422 knots (about 486 mph) and flies up to 1,547 nm (about 1,780 miles) with four people on board. It also has a fully enclosed private lavatory with skylights.
HondaJet Elite II Charter Cost
As a very light jet, the Elite II is one of the more affordable ways to fly private. Your price depends on the aircraft, where it’s based and when you fly.
When the closest HondaJet is at another airport, getting it to you is usually added to the bill. A round trip on the same jet can work out cheaper per hour than two separate one-way flights. Airport fees and any international taxes come on top.

When the HondaJet Elite II Is the Right Choice
The Elite II makes sense for small groups on trips of one to three hours, like Los Angeles to Las Vegas or Miami to the Bahamas. With two pilots up front, it seats five passengers in the typical layout, or six in the alternative one.
The leather club seats swivel and adjust, and Honda added soundproofing to make the cabin quieter. Instead of visible speakers, the audio system plays through the cabin itself.
The cabin is 4 ft 10 in tall, so you’ll be seated for most of the flight. For a bigger group or a coast-to-coast trip, a midsize jet will be more comfortable.
HondaJet Elite II Range, Speed and Typical Routes
Honda rates the Elite II at 1,547 nm with four people on board and standard fuel reserves. It cruises at up to 422 knots at 30,000 ft and can climb as high as 43,000 ft.
That covers trips like New York to Miami (about 950 nm) or Chicago to Dallas (about 700 nm). New York to Chicago, about 640 nm, takes under two hours.
With more passengers and bags, the range drops, and longer trips may need a fuel stop. We’ll confirm the plan for your route in your quote.
HondaJet Elite II Cabin, Interior and Baggage
The cabin is 5 ft wide and 17 ft 10 in long. At the back, the lavatory has a door and ceiling skylights, so it’s both private and bright.
There’s 62 cubic feet of baggage space in total: 53 cubic feet in the rear compartment and 9 more in the nose. Tell us about golf bags or skis when you ask for a quote.
Layouts and equipment vary between aircraft, so we’ll confirm the seating and Wi-Fi for the jet you book.

What’s New on the HondaJet Elite II
The Elite II carries more fuel and has a higher maximum weight than earlier HondaJets, which is where its longer range comes from.
Up front, it adds an autothrottle and Garmin Emergency Autoland. In an emergency, Autoland can fly the jet and land it on its own. You’ll probably never need it, but it’s reassuring to know it’s there.
