Monarch Air Group arranges ACJ TwoTwenty charter flights worldwide with FAA Part 135 operators and their foreign-certificated equivalents. Our team is on call day and night to plan your trip and quote your route.
The ACJ TwoTwenty is a clean-sheet airliner design that Airbus calls its first ACJ bizjet. Its cabin has 786 square feet of floor space, which Airbus says is up to three times the cabin space of a large business jet. It can fly up to 12 hours nonstop.
Airbus ACJ TwoTwenty Charter Cost
The ACJ TwoTwenty is one of the rarest aircraft you can charter. Airbus’s own charter directory lists just one, so availability is limited and it’s worth asking as early as you can.
Because there are so few, the aircraft will often need to fly in from far away, and that positioning time is usually part of the price. Crew costs on multi-day trips, airport fees and international taxes are added on top.

When the ACJ TwoTwenty Is the Right Choice
The TwoTwenty is built for groups who want to spend a long flight in separate spaces. Airbus divides the cabin into six zones of about 130 square feet each, so a family or a business team can eat together in one room while someone sleeps or works in another.
It also suits trips with a lot of luggage. The aircraft Airbus lists for charter takes more than 60 large suitcases.
For four or five people, a large business jet such as a Gulfstream G700 will usually cost less and is easier to find.
ACJ TwoTwenty Range, Speed and Typical Routes
Airbus gives the ACJ TwoTwenty a maximum range of 5,650 nm (about 6,500 miles) when it’s fitted with up to five extra fuel tanks. The aircraft Airbus lists for charter has four extra tanks and a range of up to 5,200 nm, with a long-range cruise speed of 460 knots.
That’s enough for London to New York, about 3,000 nm, or London to Los Angeles, about 4,700 nm. It can cruise as high as 41,000 ft.
Passenger numbers, baggage and winds all affect the range on a given day, so we’ll confirm in your quote whether your route needs a fuel stop.
ACJ TwoTwenty Cabin, Interior and Baggage
The cabin is 78 ft 1 in long, 10 ft 8 in wide and 6 ft 11 in tall, so everyone can walk around standing up. Electrochromic window shades dim at the touch of a button, and Airbus quotes connectivity speeds of up to 50 Mbps.
Each TwoTwenty is fitted out to the owner’s taste. The one Airbus lists for charter seats up to 15 passengers and sleeps eight. Its main cabin has a lounge and a dining table for eight, the aft lounge has a 55-inch screen, and at the back there’s a master suite with a king-size bed and a shower.
Two pilots fly the aircraft, with one or two cabin crew depending on how many passengers are on board. We’ll confirm the layout and services for your flight in your quote.
